Training Program for Empowering Fresh Graduates and Students of Tourism and Hotel Faculties

Introduction

At Prime Hospitality Management Group, we firmly believe that investing in young talent is essential to shaping the future of the hospitality industry. This program has been carefully designed to serve as a strategic platform for developing high-potential individuals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and professional mindset required to excel. Through this initiative, we aim to empower participants to achieve excellence and build sustainable, successful careers within the hospitality sector.

The program also reflects the group’s commitment to supporting national directions and contributing to achieving the goals of Egypt Vision 2030 in the tourism and hospitality sector, which is witnessing significant expansion and aims to increase hotel capacity by approximately 200,000 units in the coming years, with active participation from holiday homes and various tourism projects.

First: Program Objectives

The program aims to:

Qualify young professionals to work in the hotel sector
Develop trainees’ practical and professional skills
Promote hospitality and customer service concepts
Prepare trainees for the hotel job market
Provide employment opportunities within the group (based on final evaluation and meeting the required conditions for joining the program)

Second: Target Group
Graduates of tourism and hotel faculties and institutes
Students

Third: Training Duration

For Graduates:

Three months (paid), followed by potential employment based on final evaluation
5 training days per week
6 to 8 training hours per day

For Students:

From one to three months during the summer vacation (with financial compensation)
5 training days per week
6 to 8 training hours per day
