Extensions:
extension request must be submitted 48 hours before initial check-out date and based on availability .
In case of long-term rental contracts, only allowed to extend up to 7 nights eligible to monthly rate, any additional extensions after the 7th night will be calculated with daily rate, and short-term rental terms will apply.
Reservation & Cancellation:
30% deposit to confirm reservation.
Payment should be settled in EGP before check-in subject to option date for each arrival.
