KHALED EL SAYYAD

Managing Partner & Chairman

Khaled is the founder of PHMG also the owner and CEO of Prime Capital development, responsible for all areas of the group’s real estate, development and operations. Khaled leads PHMG’s expansion plan and in-house marketing team. He has over 7 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate investing in Egypt. Prior to founding the Prime Brand, Khaled sits on the board of Auto Group El Kasrawy one of Egypt’s largest automotive distributors. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University and a Public Relations and Communications Masters Degree from Georgetown University.

Managing Partner & CEO

Moataz is the founder & CEO of PHMG and oversees prime’s growth plan. He has over 33 years of hospitality and tourism experience. Moataz currently manages all aspects of hospitality operations, new projects assessment and startups He is the founder of 2 travel 2 egypt, one of the pioneer e tourism travel companies in Egypt He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University 1998 He has also completed postgraduate studies in Sales and marketing from The American University of Cairo in 1991.

Khaled Omar

CFO & Board Member

Over than 30 years of financial management experience in different sectors such as Trading, Industrial, Contracting Real Estate and Hospitality. Khaled participates in setting PHMG strategic plans, as well as leading the Financial Department.
His work includes, new projects forecasting, annual and monthly budgets, progress reports of each project and for PHMG as a Whole, relations with banks and other financial institutions, as well as managing the accounting sector.
Khaled holds a Bachelor of Economics from Alexandria University, and went through several trainings and courses.
His previous experience
included working for Amex and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ahmed oversees Prime’s investments and sales strategy He has over 5 years of experience investing in the MEA region, he is currently a VP at TRG management, an investment management firm based in New York Ahmed has previously worked for Briarwood Capital a New York based Hedge fund, CI Capital in Cairo and the Rock Creek group in Washington, DC He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and is fluent in Arabic, French and Spanish Ahmed is a member of the Arab Bankers of North America Association

Karim oversees Prime’s growth and business development initiatives He has over 5 years of investment banking, capital markets, and real estate experience Karim currently serves as an Investment Associate at FREO Group, a global real estate private equity firm with over 2 bn in assets, in their New York office Karim has previously worked for Rockdale Partners and Berenson Company in New York He holds a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
