We would like to grab your attention that any additional fees such as (Access Cards / beach access ,Also water and electricity would be charged as per your individual consumption. ) are not included in the price , it will be subject to the compound / resort regulations ; it will be communicated with you prior to your arrival.

Payment Policy

We need to receive 50% of the total amount within 48hrs or else the booking will be cancelled automatically

Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
No show Policy:

In case of no show the full amount will be charged
