Frequently Asked Questions:

      • Check in starts from 2.00 PM
      • Check out at 12.00 PM
      • Visitors are not allowed except family members, and after providing an I.D.
      • It is our pleasure to host you and your visitors at the Lobby area (reception), and you can also enjoy our Rooftop Terrace cafe and restaurant.
      • Pets are not allowed

Facilities & Services:

      • Free Gym 24 hours for residents only.
      • Rooftop Terrace opens from 7:30 AM till 10.00 PM. 
      • Welcome drink upon check in.
      • Private Parking based on availability (no valet is available).
      • 24 hours security with CCTV.
      • 24 hours Concierge services.
      • Housekeeping service upon demand (1 time for free and any extra time for USD 9).
      • Dry Clean and Laundry service available from 11.00 PM till 05.00 PM.
      • Extra beds can be provided only in the One Bedroom Deluxe apartments for USD 15 per night.
      • Internet MiFi device is available with extra fees (USD 3 per night for rent + USD 10 for 8 GB charge).
      • Transportation from Cairo International Airport at USD 30 per way.

Extensions:

      • Extension requests must be submitted 48 hours before initial check-out date, or else unfortunately we will not be able to extend your stay at Prime Residences.

Cancellation & No Show Fees:

      • Free cancellation is allowed 7 nights before check in date, or else one night will be charged.
      • In case of No Show one night will be charged.

Payment:

      • 30% deposit to confirm reservation.
      • Payment should be settled in EGP or equivalent to USD upon check in.

Rates:


    •  
  • Rates include utilities in Short term rates ONLY.
      • Utilities fees for long term is EGP 350 per month for water, and electricity fees are calculated based on consumption.
      • Parking is for EGP 400 per month, based on availability (no valet is available)
      • Supplement 10 % above rates in seasons:-
      • Peak Period in Prime Residence & Prime Select: Summer vacation (1/6/2020 to 15/9/2020) & Christmas and New Year (20/12/2020 to 7/1/2021).
      • Peak Period in Anakato: Mid-year vacation (20/1/2020 to 10/2/2020) & Easter (9/4/2020 to 17/4/2020) & Christmas and New Year (20/12/2020 to 8/1/2021).

Internet:

Mifi is available in the apartments upon request for an extra charge; USD 3 device rental per day and USD 10 per charge.

Parking:

Private garage parking is free based on availability.

Prime Residence offers free concierge services daily 10 am till 7 pm), to accommodate any request you may have. Our Concierge strives to meet your every demand, ranging from transportation, sightseeing, dry clean; and everything that ensures your experience in Egypt is smooth and unforgettable.

Laundry Service:

Available daily except on Sundays, please leave your laundry at the front desk and it will be delivered to your apartment the next day.
